First-time home buyer here, and I can tell you it’s a scary thing dealing with the loan process, but Eric Alpuche was absolutely on it from day one. He was constantly returning my calls, answering all my questions, and giving me comfort throughout the entire process. After talking to my parents about everything, they were shocked at how much Eric handled and took care of that escrow didn’t. He worked extremely hard to get us to our closing date early, and we ended up closing in only two weeks! His professionalism and communication were unmatched. Eric made a stressful process so much easier for us, and he will always be my first recommendation to anyone looking for a loan officer.

3 LOAN OFFICERS TRIED TO GET ME THE LOAN AND FAILED!!! UNTIL I MET ROBERT I don’t normally write reviews like this, but what Robert Jimenez did for me and my family deserves to be recognized. Before meeting Robert, I had already tried working with other loan officers. One worked with me for months and genuinely tried, but unfortunately could not get the loan approved. Another told me that based on my income and circumstances, they simply could not make it work. I started believing that owning my parents’ home might not be possible for me. Then I met Robert. I explained my entire situation to him and sent him all of my information. Instead of telling me why it couldn’t be done, Robert went to work figuring out how it could be done. Within just a few days, he called me and told me, “We’re going to get you this loan. We’re going to get your parents’ house in your name.” I will never forget that conversation. Robert went above and beyond anything I expected from a loan officer. He made phone calls, worked with the banks and the reverse mortgage company, prepared letters, helped me understand what needed to be done with my credit, connected me with the right people, and guided me through every step from beginning to end. Whenever something needed to be handled, Robert handled it. This wasn’t just another loan to me. This was my parents’ home. It had tremendous meaning to me, and after everything my family had been through, being able to keep that home and finally have it in my name was something I honestly wasn’t sure I would ever accomplish. Today, I am the owner of my parents’ home, and Robert Jimenez is a huge reason why. I truly believe certain people come into your life at the right time, and for me, Robert was a blessing from God. He didn’t just help me obtain a mortgage — he helped me accomplish something I thought was impossible. Robert, from the bottom of my heart, thank you for your hard work, your patience, your knowledge, and for believing there was a way when others couldn’t find one.
